Our Vision
- We believe that peaceful solutions to domestic and international conflicts are possible.
- We believe that people can choose to commit to work for peace instead of choosing violence.
- We believe that, although the government can make treaties, people make peace.
- We believe that if we don’t teach our children the power of peace, they will learn violence.
- We believe the arts are a major means of conveying peace values and we will provide opportunities for every age to participate at Peace in the Park.
- We believe that peace begins with personal transformation. An ever-increasing number of people committed to peace become a critical mass to create change.
